So much exciting news!

Hey friends!
Things have been good in the Ryan household. :)  Except for Kibbles ate a quail leg last night and is having a heck of a day today. :(  He vomited once and now it's coming out the other end, I feel bad for him, it stinks when you feel crummy.  But silly dog decided to eat an entire quail leg last night WHOLE.  I'm praying it passes! haha 

Melissa and her bf are coming this weekend and I AM SO EXCITED!  I pick them up from the airport on Friday and they don't leave until Monday night, woohoo! 

This past weekend Zach had a Jiu Jitsu tournament in Chicago and we had so much fun.  We knew we had to board the dogs, and I was so sad about it, so we compromised on boarding them in Chicago right down the street from our hotel so I wouldn't be so sad about it.  Well...turns out I'm one of the clients I used to hate at TCAH, I kept myself together while we put them in their little area place, but as soon as we walked out the, tears started running down my face..hard! :(  But I pulled myself together, until that night when I snuggled into bed and there was no cuddly Kibbles cuddling up next to me, so I shed a few more tears but than got over it.  I'm pathetic, pretty sure I'll be homeschooling our kids so I never have to leave them, ahaha!  So Zach did GREAT at his tournament, I was so proud!  And we had so much fun that weekend, I got pretty tipsy at dinner because I hadn't eaten or drank anything all day, lol...so fun! 

AND! My sister in law, Beth got engaged on Friday!  I'm so excited for her, I had a BLAST planning my wedding and want to get married all over again! To Zach again of course. :)  She is planning it for March 17th of next year, St. Patrick's day! And she asked me to be a bridesmaid today, yay! So exciting!

On to other news, I finally found a part time job.  I'll be nannying a 10 month old girl, who is SO stinkin' cute!  Yesterday was my first day, and I had so much fun.  She is at such a fun age, I love it..can't wait to have my own, haha! So even though it's part time, I will hopefully shake this "worthless" feeling I've been feeling since I'm not contributing any $$ to our family. 

I've been working so hard on my tutu orders, I want to donate so much money to the SIDS charity, I think about it all the time!  I've reached out to some many places telling them about it, so hopefully the ball gets rolling soon.  Anyway- I will share a couple of pictures of my favorite tutus so far. :)

Happy Birthday Husband!

Today was Zach's 24th birthday, he is two dozen years old. :)  I woke up this morning to surprise him with breakfast when he got off work at 6:30am, silly husband thought I'd be sleeping..right, it's your birthday, of course I will be awake to see you!  What a goof.  I made chocolate chip pancakes, bacon and mimosas! Than he went to bed until 6:00pm, and I woke him up with birthday dinner. :) However, it wasn't quite done yet, so I made him do his cake so we could eat some before dinner, haha!  He wanted new motorcycle gloves, so that's what I gave him.  Than he left for work again at 10:30 :(, can't wait until night shift is over.  

Yesterday I got my first flat tire, bummer!  I was leaving Walmart and this guy mouthed something to me, so I rolled my window down and he said I had a "flat tire...a REALLLLY flat tire" ughh.  So I assessed it..yep definitely flat, but I didn't have any other choice but to drive to a gas station and get some air in it.  Zach thinks the tire is shot but I'm going to take it to a tire shop tomorrow and find out for sure, I'm hoping they can just patch it up.

I mailed Princess Cailyn her tutu yesterday, I hope she likes it. :) 

From now until Labor Day I'm donating 25% of my profits to a SIDS charity.  I feel very passionately about this charity and finding a cure, so I want to do something to help.  So tell you friends and family to order tutus!  www.facebook.com/MiAmoreBoutique

That's all for tonight..I've been feeling pretty down and homesick lately, so perhaps another piece of birthday cake will help me feel better! :)  Ice cream cake fixes all problems, right??

Night Shift :(

Hey all,

Well... Zach is on overnight shift for the next 2 months..so he left for work around 10pm and I am so lonely. :(  I think I'm going to sleep on the couch tonight so I can watch tv.  All while feeling sad that I can't sleep with him tonight I am also grateful that he isn't a million miles away in Iraq or elsewhere.  I still get to see him and kiss him everyday.  There are so many wives that sleep alone for MONTHS, so I know I have no right to feel sorry for myself.  Sometimes I just wish he had a normal M-F 8-5 job. :(  Hopefully by the time we have kids he will have a better schedule so he can spend time with our kids. :)

Sam had puppy class tonight and she was a total embarrassment, lol.  By next weeks class the instructor wants her to "sit & stay" for TWENTY SECONDS! Eek!  We have A LOT of work to do this week, she can barely hold "stay" or one second!  We took her to the park afterward to burn off some energy, but it didn't seem to work stating she was doing laps around the living room about an hour ago, lol. 

Kibbles had a couple more seizures the other day.  :(  Makes me feel so helpless and sad, I feel so bad for him.  Poor thing tried to come find me while he was having it.  It was on Monday afternoon and the last I knew he was fast asleep on the couch and I was cleaning off the kitchen table when I felt him falling up against my leg.  I looked down and he could barely walk, but he still managed to make it to me from the couch, bless his little heart.  So I picked him up and cuddled him while he had it, all the while telling him he was okay, and a good boy and that I loved him.  I feel bad because I think he really doesn't understand what is happening to him, so he always thinks he's in trouble afterwards, so I always make sure I tell him he's a good boy. :( 

Well I've taken a couple more tutu orders so I've mainly been working on that, and quite frankly I'm glad I got them because it gives me something to do while Zach is at work. :) 

Zachy's birthday is coming up in about a week and a half and I am so excited, I just LOVE birthdays! lol  Everyone has always made fun of me for how excited I always get for my birthday, well I am just as equally excited for his birthday.  I just love spoiling him. :)  So I don't really know what I'm going to get him yet (plus if I did, I can't post it here anyway, cause he reads it. :))  I'm just so excited that we get to be together for our birthdays and holidays this year, because last year we weren't together for anything.  So I'm excited to make a whole "Zach day" and spoil him. :) :)

Well, it's getting pretty late, so I guess I should get my pillows and plop down on the couch and try to sleep and hope 6:30am comes soon!
